You may elect to safely save your card information on your client profile for ease of future bookings.
Payment Due
Payment for all services is due at the time of service.
Prepayment is available for all services.
Insurance and Third-Party Payments
I do not directly accept insurance payments, but I can provide you with a receipt and necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
A prescription from a doctor is typically required to bill massage therapy through health insurance to determine if it is medically necessary. This prescription should include the medical reason for treatment, and may include details such as the frequency and duration of sessions to meet insurance requirements.
If you’re not sure whether your insurance will cover massage therapy, and/or you'd like more information on how to go about getting a prescription from your doctor, this article from The Ohio State University Wexler Medical Center will help!
If you plan to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), please ensure that your card is activated for the transaction before your appointment.
Refunds
Payments for all services and products are non-refundable.
