Booking & Cancellation Policies


I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. While I aim to be flexible, these policies are in place to ensure I can continue to provide high-quality service and protect my small business.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. The client will be charged 100% of the service cost if they fail to do so. This policy aims to protect the therapist from the financial losses associated with last minute changes and ensures that the reserved time slots are utilized effectively.

Booking Changes

  • Rescheduling existing appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment, otherwise it is considered a cancellation and is subject to the policy above. 

  • Reductions in session time (e.g. from 90 minutes to 60 minutes) must also be made at least 24 hours prior to the session, or the client will be charged in full for the originally booked session length. 

No-Shows

  • If the client does not attend the appointment and fails to cancel/rebook before the scheduled start-time, they are considered a “no-show” and will be charged in full for the service. 

Late Arrivals

  • Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes early for their first appointment and 5-10 minutes early for subsequent bookings. The client is kindly requested to provide an estimated time of arrival if it is expected to be outside of this timeframe.

  •  If the client arrives late, the service may be shortened and altered, and the full original treatment time fee will be charged.
