Gift Certificate
Information & Policies

Purchase

  • Gift Certificates are available online or in-person (click here to purchase online).

  • Gift Certificates can be purchased for a specific service (e.g. 90-Minute Full Body Renewal Massage - In Office), or they can be purchased based on dollar amount, to be redeemed for any service. The available denominations are $150, $200, $250, $300, and $500, or you can contact me for a custom amount.

  • There are no additional fees associated with Gift Certificates.

  • Store Credit cannot be applied to Gift Certificate purchases. 

  • Only one Gift Certificate can be purchased online at a time. Select “Purchasing another Gift Certificate? Click here” at the end of buying the first to buy another. 

  • Only the cost of the Gift Certificate can be paid for online. A tip cannot be added when purchasing a Gift Certificate online. 

Customization

  • When purchasing a Gift Certificate online, you'll select:

    • A template for the Gift Certificate

    • The type of gift 

    • The recipient of the gift (optional) 

    • The delivery method (email or print) 

    • The “To” and “From” (optional) 

Redemption 

  • Once a Gift Certificate sale is complete, a gift code is generated that can be redeemed by the recipient at the end of online booking or when checking out an appointment in-person. 

  • If the Gift Certificate is valued at more than the cost of the service, the remaining balance is converted to Store Credit. The gift code will no longer be active, and the Store Credit can be applied toward future services. Store Credit can be applied during online booking or at check-out. 

  • If the Gift Certificate is valued at less than the cost of the service, the redeeming client can select “Prepay Now” to pay the difference with a credit/debit card. If they opt to pay in person, the gift code will be applied after the appointment; a Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed online unless the total due is paid for at that time. 

Transferability

  • Because a recipient isn’t required, a Gift Certificate can be redeemed by whomever the purchaser gives it to. This recipient may give it to someone else to redeem, and so forth. 

  • Once the gift code has been redeemed, any remaining balance is saved as Store Credit in the redeeming client’s account and can no longer be transferred to another person. 

Expiration 

  • Gift Certificates do not expire. 

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or gift codes. However, if you provide proof of purchase, I may be able to assist you in recovering the balance on a lost certificate.

Refunds

  • All Gift Certificate sales are final.

  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Booking Adjustments 

  • In the case of a booking cancellation or rescheduling, the Gift Certificate will still be valid, so long as the change is made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. 

  • Any necessary adjustments will be made to the remaining balance in accordance with the Booking & Cancellation Policies.
